Shared(TaskCanceller)

A shared canceller that is used for workers, which can create multiple TaskManagers, but all of them need to have the same canceller flag for all task sources.

OnePerTaskSource(RefCell<HashMap<TaskSourceName, TaskCanceller>>)

For Window each TaskSource has its own canceller.
