Struct script::dom::bindings::root::DomOnceCell

A holder that allows to lazily initialize the value only once Dom<T>, using OnceCell Essentially a OnceCell<Dom<T>>.

This should only be used as a field in other DOM objects; see warning on Dom<T>.
