Start and end bounds of the scope. None implies sentinel data (i.e. Not a scope condition).
implicit_scope_root: StylistImplicitScopeRoot
Implicit scope root of this scope condition, computed unconditionally, even if the start bound may be Some.
is_trivial: bool
Is the condition trivial? See ScopeBoundsWithHashes::is_trivial
.
