Reads the record that FreeType chooses for id.

A Windows record is used if it is English or if there is no Macintosh record. Otherwise, a Macintosh English or Roman record is used. A Unicode record is used if there is neither.

fn bytes(&self) -> impl Iterator<Item = u8> + '_

Returns the name’s characters up to the first NUL, with ? in place of each character outside the range 32 to 127.
