Struct ContainerTimingID 

pub struct ContainerTimingID(pub u64);

A unique identifier for a single container timing report, generated at layout time.

Unlike LCPCandidateID, which identifies a candidate, this identifies one update to a container: a container that grows repeatedly produces a new ID each time, since each update becomes its own PerformanceContainerTiming entry with its own paint time. Use ContainerTimingRecord::root_element to correlate updates belonging to the same container.
