Function is_hint_reliant 

pub fn is_hint_reliant<'a>(font: &impl TableProvider<'a>) -> bool

Returns true if the font needs its instructions to draw correct contours.

Only fonts with TrueType outlines qualify, so a font with neither a glyf nor a GLYF table returns false.

This reads the family name and the hinting tables. A caller that checks more than once should cache the result, as Font::is_hint_reliant does.
