Struct Layout

Source
struct Layout {
    depth: usize,
    axis_count: usize,
    index_count: usize,
    region_count: usize,
    leaf: usize,
}
Expand description

The size of a composite’s working memory and how it is split.

A single buffer from the caller holds every slice that the walk uses. The slices are taken in descending order of alignment so that only the first one can need padding. The memory for drawing leaves comes last.

Fields§

§depth: usize

The nesting depth of the composites, at least one.

§axis_count: usize§index_count: usize

The length of the longest axis index list, which sizes the axis indices, their values and their deltas.

§region_count: usize§leaf: usize

The size in bytes of the memory needed by the largest leaf.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Layout

Source

fn tuple_len(&self) -> usize

Returns the length of the longest delta tuple a component reads.

Source

fn packed_len(&self) -> Option<usize>

Returns the size in bytes of the buffer needed for carve to succeed.

Returns None if the table has more regions than memory can hold.

Source

fn carve<'m>(&self, buf: &'m mut [u8]) -> Option<Memory<'m>>

Splits buf into the slices used by a draw, or returns None if it is too short.
