pub struct TEXtChunk {
    pub keyword: String,
    pub text: String,
}
Expand description

Struct representing a tEXt chunk

Fields§

§keyword: String

Keyword field of the tEXt chunk. Needs to be between 1-79 bytes when encoded as Latin-1.

§text: String

Text field of tEXt chunk. Can be at most 2GB.

Implementations§

source§

impl TEXtChunk

source

pub fn new(keyword: impl Into<String>, text: impl Into<String>) -> Self

Constructs a new TEXtChunk. Not sure whether it should take &str or String.

source

pub(crate) fn decode( keyword_slice: &[u8], text_slice: &[u8], ) -> Result<Self, TextDecodingError>

Decodes a slice of bytes to a String using Latin-1 decoding. The decoder runs in strict mode, and any decoding errors are passed along to the caller.

Trait Implementations§

source§

impl Clone for TEXtChunk

source§

fn clone(&self) -> TEXtChunk

Returns a copy of the value. Read more
1.0.0 · source§

fn clone_from(&mut self, source: &Self)

Performs copy-assignment from source. Read more
source§

impl Debug for TEXtChunk

source§

fn fmt(&self, f: &mut Formatter<'_>) -> Result

Formats the value using the given formatter. Read more
source§

impl EncodableTextChunk for TEXtChunk

source§

fn encode<W: Write>(&self, w: &mut W) -> Result<(), EncodingError>

Encodes TEXtChunk to a Writer. The keyword and text are separated by a byte of zeroes.

source§

impl PartialEq for TEXtChunk

source§

fn eq(&self, other: &TEXtChunk) -> bool

This method tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 · source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

This method tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
