Used to mmap rings from kernel.

Not ABI compatible with struct xdp_ring_offset.

Producer offset.

§consumer: u64

Consumer offset.

§desc: u64

Descriptors offset.

§flags: Option<u64>

Flags offset.

Is None if the kernel version (<5.4) does not yet support flags.
