Returns the bearings used to position an sbix bitmap, in font units.
The specification places the image at the glyph origin. Skia and
CoreText offset it by the hmtx bearing and the bottom of the outline’s
bounding box. This places the image where the outline would be. A glyph
without an outline is placed at the origin.
