Invalidate hypervisor translation cache for given virtual machine

This instruction invalidates any address-translation cache entries that an HFENCE.GVMA instruction with the same values of gaddr and vmid would invalidate.

This fence specifies a single virtual machine by virtual machine identifier (VMID).
